1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access, data scraping, reverse engineering, or distributing malware.

2.4 User Content: You are responsible for any content you upload, transmit, or share on the Platform ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Platform's services.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

3.1 Ownership: The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of HumanCenta or its licensors. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Platform.

3.2 Trademarks: "HumanCenta" and all related logos and marks are our trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES ABOUT THE RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, SUITABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
